**Drug & Class:** **Celecoxib** is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (**NSAID**).

**Mechanism:** **Reversible** and **selective COX-2 inhibitor** (spares COX-1).

PANEL 3: The Morale Rally (Interactions & Structure)

He reaches celebrity status after boosting morale in the slow month of April with "ACE THE APRIL" posters and organizing sulfur-powered fireworks.

**Interactions & Structure:** Drug interaction with **ACE inhibitors** (which end in **\-pril**, e.g., lisinopril); contains a **sulfonamide** (sulfur) moiety.

PANEL 4: The Unicycle Accident (Clinical Indications)

Gossip spreads that he tried to ride a unicycle, crashed miserably, and suffered severe musculoskeletal pain and a damaged knee joint with arthritis.

**Indications:** Used to treat acute **musculoskeletal pain**, **osteoarthritis**, and **rheumatoid arthritis**.

PANEL 5: The Inactivity Crisis (Adverse Effects)

Unable to move after the fall, the prolonged inactivity causes a clot, leading to a stroke attack and Myocardial Infarction.

**Adverse Effects:** Increased risk of **thrombotic events**, including **Myocardial Infarction (MI)** and **stroke**.
